These policies and procedures are in effect at the time of retaining Chef Janet Crandall for services. Any questions about the following policies and procedures can be directed to Chef Janet Crandall at the contact information listed on this website.
By using this site, you agree to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. By using this site you also represent that you are at least eighteen(18) years old, or you are at least the minimum legal age to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction in which you are viewing the site.


Payment

Payments for all services provided by Chef Janet will be required upon booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is rendered.

 


cancellation policy

If Chef Janet Crandall terminates an agreement due to unforeseen circumstances prior to the event, all deposits and fees will be returned in full without further liability.
If the event is cancelled by the client for any reason a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to the event. A cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of invoice will apply if the client cancels less than seven (7) days, but more than three (3) days prior to the event. If client cancels within three (3) days or less of the event, all deposits and fees becomes completely nonrefundable.
Clients must notify Chef Janet of any cancellations by sending a written notice to janet@chefjanetcrandall.com.


 As a user of this site, you may not:

  •     Use another person’s account, misrepresent yourself, or service offered through this site, misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
  •     Take any inappropriate of unlawful actions, including the submissions of inappropriate or unlawful content or through the site, including content that is harassing, hateful, illegal, profane, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory, or that advocates, promotes, or encourages inappropriate activity, conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, or conduct that would give rise to civil liability or violate any law.
  •     Sign up for, negotiate a price for, use, or otherwise solicit services with no intention of following through with your use of or payment for services.
